About the role:
Coordinate the sales process from appraisal through to settlement, with the support of a highly experienced administration team. Work closely with the Sales Director and the sales team to ensure the end-to-end sales process and day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
* Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
* Train new agents on processes and CRM best practice
* Assist with open homes and private inspections
* Prepare open and auction packs
* Project manage trades and styling to get properties on the market
* Coordinate photos, copy writers and floor plan appointments
* Liaison with solicitors, council, buyers and vendors

Experience required:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a sales coordinator role
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Drivers license and reliable car
* Flexibility to work Saturdays as required
