Main Responsibilities:

* Design and scale robust cloud infrastructure to support data-driven decision making
* Collaborate closely with geoscientists, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes
* Promote software engineering best practices and mature the platform team culture
* Maintain agile development pace to meet customer expectations
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading and growing successful cloud software development teams
* Technical leadership expertise in developing large-scale cloud-based platforms featuring complex datasets and interactive user experiences
* Hands-on experience building on AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Able to deliver results in high-growth environments
