Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate financial acumen by preparing accurate and timely financial statements, as well as providing advisory services to support business growth.
* Work closely with the team to understand autonomous work and collaborate effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
* Manage workload efficiently, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure quality outcomes are consistently achieved.
* Communicate complex ideas clearly and make informed decisions during deadline-driven periods, driving results for the business.
Requirements
* Hold CA/CPA qualification or be working towards it, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be degree-qualified in Commerce, Business, or related field, with relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or audit.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork and motivation, with a desire to succeed and develop relationships across areas of the business.
* Utilize advanced MS Excel skills and data manipulation techniques to drive business outcomes.
