CP Property Management is a dynamic short-term rental business managing properties across Geelong, the Surf Coast, Ballarat, Bendigo and Melbourne. We currently manage approximately 60 properties across regional Victoria and seek to expand to 100 by the end of 2025.
We're on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and organised Linen & House Keeping Attendant – Geelong & Surf Coast to join our expanding team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Moving between a laundromat in Armstrong Creek, our Torquay warehouse and properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast, this varied role includes a mix of tasks ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-maintained and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities
* Washing and drying linen at a local laundromat in Armstrong Creek
* Folding and transporting linen to our warehouse in Torquay
* Packing linen for scheduled cleans and dropping linen off as required
* Housekeeping duties and preparing properties for guest arrivals
* Conducting property audits (cleanliness, consumables, presentation)
* Overseeing stock and linen levels in our Torquay warehouse
* Assisting with day-to-day property management tasks (topping up consumables, reporting maintenance issues, battery replacements etc.)
* Any other duties as required by CP Property
About You
* Must have current driver's licence
* Comfortable lifting loads of laundry and completing manual labour tasks
* Previous housekeeping experience
* Organised, reliable and motivated
* Able to take initiative, problem solve and work independently
* Interested in property and creating exceptional experiences for guests
* Technologically savvy – comfortable navigating mobile Apps
