About The Role

Join the team as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner, Insight PBS offers a supportive and enriching environment where you can truly thrive while working alongside likeminded individuals in a unique hybrid environment.

If you have a background in Social work, disability support work or experience within the NDIA we would love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate possesses:

* Relevant experience, particularly caring for or supporting individuals with disabilities.
* Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS regulations.
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support building rapport and meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* A true dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals and participants, including children and young people, ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
* The ability to work autonomously, in a work from home capacity, and collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various responsibilities.
* Current and Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred).
* A valid driver’s license.
