Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
* Update orders, including pallets and customer details
* Respond to customer requests via phone and email
* Scan and file documents
* Assist with daily operations
* Liaise with drivers, both local and line haul
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience with SAP preferred
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Reliable and self-motivated
