Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver clinical services through evidence-based individual and group interventions
* Provide assessments that identify individual strengths, skills, experience, and vulnerabilities in employment
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in your discipline (Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Counsellor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Exercise Physiologist, or Occupational Therapist)
* Registration/Membership with relevant state or national professional body
* Clinical counselling or mental health counselling experience
* Able to motivate and engage with people
* Solution-focused therapeutic approach linked to vocational goals
* Strong organisational skills
