Responsibilities
* Assist with all guest queries and check‐in/out procedures.
* Check that details of regular guests are updated in Opera System.
* Collaborate closely with Housekeeping regarding room information and lost property.
* Be fully aware of the daily worksheet and ensure it is used.
* Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly and the computer is updated accordingly.
* Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork produced.
* Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.
* Ensure check‐in/out processes are followed to Elysium standards.
* Assist with guest luggage if required.
* Handle all complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions provided.
* Exposure to switchboard.
* Ensure the correct welcome is given to all callers.
* Ensure the correct welcome is given to all guests.
* Guest valet parking if required.
Qualifications
* Customer Service experience.
* Exposure to systems (preferred Opera).
* Ability to multi‐task and work in multiple areas in the Front Office department.
