 * Support senior leadership with calendar management, meeting execution, executive deliverables, and project oversight.
 * Coordinate materials for board meetings, finance-related committees, and executive communications with confidentiality and precision.
 * Attend selected meetings to provide administrative support and prepare accurate, timely meeting minutes.
 * Anticipate leadership needs and proactively deliver solutions.
 * Track milestones and deliverables for high-impact initiatives across finance and operations.
 * Serve as a cultural connector within the organization, aligning priorities, communications, and leadership expectations.
Requirements:
 * 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
 * Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, with polished communication and writing skills.
 * Demonstrated discretion handling confidential materials with care.
 * Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with composure in fast-paced environments.
 * Professional presence and experience supporting leaders navigating governance, investor communications, or regulatory timelines.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
