$34.58 – $37.73 per hour + Salary Packaging
We are seeking a Rostering Clerk - Full-Time, Fixed-Term contract until December 2026 to join our fast paced, inclusive, and supportive scheduling team.
The Rostering Clerk is a key part of the rostering/scheduling function. As a Rostering Clerk you’ll help ensure the appropriate and responsive allocation of resources to meet our clients’ service needs. You will undertake timely communication with Support Workers, Clients/Families and regional teams about changes to rosters or support staff.

Responsibilities
- Contact Support Workers to fill vacant shifts
- Ensure shift allocations meet contract requirements, training/credentialing standards, and client preferences
- Ensure rosters comply with Award provisions
- Escalate unfilled shifts to the Regional Scheduling Officer promptly
- Work towards rostering Support Workers to their full capacity
- Assist the Regional Scheduling Officer as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum completion of Year 11 plus relevant previous customer service experience
- A knack for solving problems and thinking logically under pressure – finding solutions and making things fit just right
- Rostering experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
- Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar rostering system will also be highly regarded but is not essential
- Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check
- Class 1 Drivers Licence
