Freighter Group, a leader in our field, is searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Manager to join our team at our head office and factory in Ballarat, Victoria.
This critical role demands an individual with exceptional people management skills, capable of fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. You'll be a natural leader, inspiring a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with outstanding communication abilities to effectively engage with all levels of our organisation, ensuring our commitment to quality is upheld across all operations. Your expertise in driving quality improvement initiatives will be essential as we continually strive for manufacturing perfection.
A key part of this role will involve the design and delivery of quality applications, working closely with our production teams on the factory floor. You'll regularly be out in different production lines, monitoring the quality app to identify and capture potential root cause issues directly. This hands-on approach is crucial for real-time problem-solving and continuous refinement.
You'll also be responsible for providing timely advice to clients regarding quality matters and coordinating effective responses to warranty issues.
Furthermore, travel will be required to our branches across the country to ensure consistent and effective use of our quality applications Australia-wide.
