Job Overview
The role of Maintenance Professional is a critical function within our organisation. This position provides support and services in maintenance, repairs, and compliance across various clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and repair tasks (minor carpentry, patching, fittings/hardware, basic repairs)
* Gardening duties (mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, green waste removal)
* Landscape management (tidying up, planting, mulching, irrigation checks as required)
* Roof gutter cleaning and roof inspections (where safe and appropriate)
* Identifying issues and reporting them
* Assisting with small projects as directed
* Maintaining tools, work areas, and sites cleanliness and safety
* Travel to other sites in Tasmania as needed
* Task tracking and completion time management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with general maintenance practices
* Basic hand tool operation and knowledge
* Ability to work at heights safely
* Practical gardening skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
