What you will do?
* Support daily culinary operations for both event-day and non-event day catering
* Maintain consistency in quality and presentation standards
* Minimise waste effectively
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish and execute food service standards
* Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation
More about you
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
* Appropriate culinary qualifications
* Experience with stock control
* Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and venue/event experience
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Strong team player with the capacity to work independently
* Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
Remuneration on offer: $75K - $85K + superannuation.
