Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to manage our administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, payments, and financial administration using Xero. They will also handle customer enquiries, provide exceptional support to the General Manager, and work confidently across multiple software platforms. Additionally, they will support scheduling, job management, and compliance tasks, as well as assist with general office administration, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly, the successful applicant will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. A great communicator with a customer-first attitude, they will possess strong attention to detail and be experienced in Xero and comfortable using multiple platforms, including CRM.
