Lifestyle Coordinator
You'll lead activities that bring people together, enhancing customer wellbeing and creating a sense of community.
* Design and deliver inclusive social connection and engagement programs.
* Build strong relationships with teams, customers, volunteers, and community partners.
* Promote your local area to grow awareness and attract customers.
* Maximise program engagement and boost usage of facilities.
* Coordinate logistics, venues, and staffing for smooth program delivery.
* Conduct risk assessments and uphold safety standards.
* Guide Support Workers and Volunteers through training and development.
* Use customer feedback to enhance service quality.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A relevant qualification (Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle) or willingness to obtain.
* Experience in aged care or disability services, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse communities.
* Solid organisational and computer literacy skills, plus experience leading and supporting teams.
* Local knowledge and community connections (highly valued).
* The ability to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
