Spacecraft Manufacturing Specialist
This position involves driving design and production to meet ambitious goals. As a specialist in spacecraft manufacturing, you will play a critical role in the development of innovative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with technicians and specialists to integrate propulsion, avionics, and structural components into launch vehicles.
* Design and develop subassemblies, systems, and tooling needed to meet hardware deadlines.
* Develop a deep understanding of vehicle structures, avionics, and propulsion architecture.
* Troubleshoot hardware issues and push feedback to eliminate repeat problems.
* Interface with engineering teams to ensure delivery of test-ready hardware on time.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
* 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience building challenging projects.
* Ability to communicate effectively and ask questions.
* Demonstrated experience driving outcomes.
* Proven application of passion and curiosity to learn and build impactful projects.
* Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing.
Additional Requirements:
* Physical dexterity required for work performed in tight quarters.
* Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, and climbing.
