Front of house staff (sydney)

Position Overview

Are you a friendly, energetic and reliable person who loves working with people? Do you have a passion for good food and wine and a knack for providing excellent service? If so, we have an exciting chance for you! We are looking for a casual, Front of House staff member to join our team at Col-legi Ave Maria. You will need to be a hospitality all‐rounder.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating customers
• Serving food and drinks
• Comfortable explaining dishes
• Providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handling payments

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in hospitality
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• A professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Availability to work Thursday to Sunday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of attention to detail
