As our new full time **Human Resource Coordinator** you will be reporting into our Human Resource Manager assisting:
**Your Day to Day**:
- Supporting the team through guidance of our Policies and Procedures.
- Assistance in fostering True Hospitality with our team and partnerships.
- Liaise with Human Resources Manager and payroll regarding colleague enquiries and assist with HIGA interpretation.
- Keeping colleague files up to date and ensuring compliance.
- Setting up new employees into our systems ready for their first day.
- Assistance the team with local compliance requirements and guiding them to best practice.
- Providing training updates to the leadership team in line with Mandatory Training Requirements
- Assisting with basic queries for staff coming into HR department

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proven ability to flex and adapt to varying situations, problem solving.
- Ability to guide, confidentially influence and build professional rapport with department managers, leaders, colleagues.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Problem solving, prioritization, reasoning, motivating, organisational and training abilities.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Highly focused and dedicated work ethic, high attention to detail.
- Strong team player inspiring a team to live the IHG "True Way".
**Qualification And Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education qualification/equivalent in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years in a fasted changing environment or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

**Salary**: $59,208.60 - $65,000.00 per year
