**About the Company**:

We also have a rapidly growing chemical division - JayChem.
This full-time position will be joining our existing team which comes from various trade related backgrounds to provide appliance installation and laundry solutions to our customers Australia wide.
**About the Role**:
You will need to be reliable, have attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on time management, demonstrated planning and organising skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, with excel being essential competent. Ability to work either in a team or on your own.
**Must haves**:
- COVID Vaccinations
- Drivers' License
- Forklift Licence
**Nice to have**:
- Restricted VIC Electrical Licence
**Job Requirements**:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Professional Phone Manner
- Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel experience a must
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Assertive attitude with a willingness to seek out and ask questions
- Well developed capabilities in error and problem analysis
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Working autonomously under limited supervision.
- Working in a team environment.
- Working with picking, packing and dispatching chemicals
- Be reliable, punctual
- Motivated and ability to self-manage
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Interest in understanding how things work and how to fix machines
- Previous service and maintenance experience with any kind of plant or equipment
- Interest in or experience with installation and commissioning of equipment
- Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential
- Basic computer skills a must

- Well-developed capabilities in error and problem analysis
- Troubleshooting skills
- Be reliable, punctual
- Motivated and ability to self-manage
- Assisting with monthly stock takes
- General administrative and ad hoc duties as required
