Part Time Sales and Customer Service Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a part time sales and customer service assistant.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our trade loyalty program, developing strong product knowledge and achieving personal sales targets.
* Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
* Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
To be successful in this role you will possess previous experience in a retail environment, strong communication skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively, and a strong attention to detail.
