We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Manager to drive excellence in OT services across acute, subacute, community rehabilitation, and aged care settings. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team of Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and administrative staff while ensuring outstanding patient care, safety, and independence.
This permanent, full-time position (38 or 40 hours per week) offers the potential for a job share arrangement. Working Monday to Friday, specific hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate. We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and overseeing service delivery. A deep understanding of clinical governance, safety, and quality systems is essential, along with the ability to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate services in a constantly evolving healthcare landscape. This role requires a confident leader who can drive change and foster innovation.
A high level of clinical expertise across diverse Occupational Therapy practice areas is required, as well as strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with WGHG software or the ability to quickly learn new systems will be highly regarded.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, management, and clients or carers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, committed to continuous professional development, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Our preferred candidate will have:
Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board.
Extensive clinical experience relevant to the position.
Provision of satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
Current Victorian Driver License.
The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous:
Member of the relevant industry body.
Post Graduate qualification as relevant.
Previous managerial experience.
IMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) may be required prior to commencement.
