Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably in the IT sector.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in using data and Excel to analyze customer insights and inform decision-making.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on influencing and persuading.
