This role suits someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with business and technical stakeholders.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, system, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce platformsReview business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDesign and execute test cases and test scenariosValidate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and dataLog, track, and retest defects using test management toolsSupport SIT, UAT, and production validation activitiesCollaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholdersContribute to test planning and test reportingRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Salesforce Tester / Test AnalystStrong functional testing experience across SalesforceExperience with Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience CloudSolid understanding of Agile delivery and the SDLCStrong defect management and documentation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSalesforce certificationsAPI testing experienceTest automation exposure (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, or similar)Integration testing experienceWhy CloudMarcStrong focus on quality engineering excellenceApply via LinkedIn or reach out for a confidential discussion.
