The Opportunity
Two exciting opportunities are available for experienced HR Officers to join a growing People & Culture team supporting recruitment and HR administration.
Working closely with the Manager Talent Acquisition, you’ll be hands-on across the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting onboarding and broader HR operations. These roles suit people who enjoy variety, work well under pressure, and take pride in delivering a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

The Role
You’ll provide end-to-end recruitment and HR administration support across a range of activities, including:
* Preparing and publishing job advertisements in line with APS requirements
* Coordinating interviews, panels and candidate communications
* Supporting shortlisting, eligibility checks and recruitment documentation
* Assisting with merit-based selection processes including referee checks
* Preparing interview packs, reports, offers and onboarding paperwork
* Coordinating pre-employment screening such as police checks and clearances
* Managing recruitment inbox enquiries and providing timely updates
* Maintaining accurate HR records and system data integrity
* Supporting labour hire arrangements, non-ongoing engagements and s26 transfers
* Providing responsive, professional support to candidates and internal stakeholders
The Ideal Person
You are an organised and proactive HR professional who thrives in a busy environment where priorities can shift and pace matters. You stay calm under pressure, juggle competing tasks with ease, and take real pride in getting the details right.
You communicate clearly and confidently, and you build strong working relationships with ease across candidates, hiring managers and external providers. You’re known for being reliable, approachable and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to keep things moving without losing sight of quality.
Ideally, you bring experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, along with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and systems. You enjoy being part of a team, stepping in where needed, and contributing to work that genuinely makes a difference.
Salary / Rate
* $55/hr – $65/hr + Super
* 6-month labour hire contract
* 2 positions available
* Baseline clearance required
