About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join the Green Finance Group – Karen Donato team, supporting a high-performing brokerage operation across the East Coast.
This is a remote/hybrid opportunity suited to someone who thrives on owning the credit side of deals—structuring, assessing, and adding real value across a diverse pipeline.
You'll play a key role in supporting brokers by taking ownership of the technical credit function, ensuring deals are well-structured, policy-aligned, and submission-ready.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assessing and structuring deals across residential (and some complex scenarios)
* Managing files through the credit stage with a high level of autonomy
* Liaising with brokers, lenders, and clients to progress applications
* Reviewing financials, bank statements, and supporting documents
* Providing insights and solutions around lender policy and deal strategy
* Contributing to process improvements and overall deal efficiency
About You:
* Proven experience as a Credit Analyst within mortgage broking or banking
* Strong ability to structure deals and interpret lender policy
* Experience working with an aggregator and CRM system (MyCRM highly regarded)
* Confident managing your own workflow in a remote or hybrid environment
* Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to add value beyond processing—you think commercially and proactively
