As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ongoing training, fast-paced business development, market competitor analysis, self-led generation qualification, and speaking with high-level senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
* Self-lead Generation Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to drive sales growth.
* Speaking with High Level Senior Decision Makers: Develop strong relationships with key decision makers to secure deals.
* End to End Sales Cycle Responsibility: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
KPI's include: Consistent achievement of targets, meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Requirements: Passion for sales, excellent communication skills, strong command of the English language, high level of organisation skills and ability to multi-task, drive and determination to meet and exceed KPI's and targets, confident, bright and bubbly personality, previous work experience in b2b sales environment working towards KPI's.
