Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Contact Centre Manager, this role will work as part of Slattery Grays Contact Centre team and will primarily be responsible for liaising with sellers and converting those contacts into sales whilst continually building the brand and reputation of Slattery Grays Auctions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound sales calls specializing in the assigned category while building rapport with sellers and providing exceptional service via the GRAYs CRM.
* Ensure timely and efficient conversion and management of all leads while meeting all SLAs including all Individual and team KRA's/KPI's.
* Assist in driving sales through prompt follow-up with existing, new, and potential sellers.
* Create and review product descriptions and bookings for all sales.
* Continuously identify and assist in the implementation of process improvements and efficiencies for the Grays Contact Centre team.
* Meet targets and adhere to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a high call volume business or have at least 1 year of sales/retail sales experience.
* Proven track record and success when it comes to achieving KPI's and results in a sale/contact centre environment.
* Demonstrated ability to speak and communicate in a clear and articulate manner.
