About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at KPay, you will be part of building a high-performing sales team to support our rapid expansion in Australia. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sourcing recruitment drive, a deep understanding of diverse talent models, and the ability to identify and attract top-tier candidates who thrive in door-to-door sales environments.

You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels while safeguarding our competitive edge in talent acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Talent Acquisition Partnership:

* Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager to help develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of our sales teams, with a focus on identifying and attracting high-potential candidates from diverse backgrounds.
* Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
* Help to design talent models and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to tap into extensive talent pools.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:

* Leverage multiple channels (e.g., social media, niche job boards, community networks, and recruitment platforms) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship-building strategies.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' alignment with KPay's values, sales drive, and role requirements.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

* Act as a brand ambassador for KPay, promoting our employer value proposition to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

* Sales Drive: Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to identify candidates with the grit, resilience, and competitive spirit to excel in door-to-door sales.
* Talent Model Expertise: Ability to identify and attract diverse talent models, including blue-collar sales professionals and athletes, who thrive in high-performance environments.
* Strategic Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to design and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
* Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of multiple sourcing channels and the ability to leverage them effectively to build a robust talent pipeline.
* Collaboration Skills: A team player who works seamlessly with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to deliver results.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
* Minimum of 12 months of industry experience either in an agency environment or intern ready to step into an inhouse role.

Please be aware that this role is not hybrid you would be required to work onsite in our City Office 5 days a week. This role is also paying $75-85K (DOE) base + super. No agencies required for this role.
