Flight Attendant Position
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time solo flight attendants based in Perth.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading regional airline, operating a fleet of aircraft to 54 destinations across Australia. As a solo flight attendant, you will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
The role offers a great work-life balance along with a competitive remuneration package, including working on weekends, public holidays, shift work, and some nights spent away from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage equipment and security checks
* Make in-flight announcements
* Provide in-flight food and beverage service
* Clean the cabin
* Handle various situations that may occur in the cabin
Requirements
1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
3. Not taller than 173 cm
4. Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
5. Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years
6. Demonstrate at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or
7. Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
8. Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
9. Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
10. Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check
11. Be passionate about your role and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
12. Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
13. Be flexible and adaptable, with varying working hours
