Job Description
The temporary Administration Officer role is required urgently and will run until at least the end of January. Key responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support for admissions and enrolment processes.
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
* Assist with inquiries related to enrolments via phone and email.
* Coordinate and manage enrolment documentation and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
* Prepare and distribute relevant enrolment materials.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
* Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Administration Officer Should Have
* Previous experience in an administrative role with experience in an education setting being highly desired.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in data entry and database management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
