Who we are:
The Clear Ear Clinic is a locally owned and operated business that specialises in audiological assessments, earwax removal services and comprehensive ear health checks. We serve the community by improving access to essential ear health care in regional areas where such services are limited. Our four busy clinics play a crucial role in supporting better hearing and ear health care for people of all ages.
About the role:
* As a nurse you will:
* Work across our Tuncurry, Taree and Port Macquarie clinics
* Provide high quality ear health services
* Support clients through assessments, treatments and education
* Be an important part of a small, close-knit team, focused on professionalism and patient care
What we are looking for:
* On the job training and accreditation will be provided. However, we are looking for qualities that can't be taught:
* Great bed-side manner, kind and caring with a friendly/outgoing personality.
* Someone who is organised, proactive, enjoys working independently and has proficient time management and communication skills.
* Must have good dexterity, depth perception and a delicate touch.
* Strong work ethic, drive and confidence.
* Earwax removal and ear health care experience is desirable.
Must have:
* AHPRA registration
* Drivers License and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel and transport clinical equipment

Salary:
Final salary is based on the Nurse Award MA000034, experience and pay point level, combined with bonuses. We are willing to pay above award rates for the right candidate.
