* Deliver ongoing training and foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth.

Customer Experience

* Model exceptional service behaviours and drive a customer‑first culture.
* Support conversion, UPT, AOV, loyalty capture, and service consistency in line with brand expectations.

Operational Excellence

* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.

Inventory Management

* Manage stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory levels, and implement strategies to optimise product availability and minimise loss.

* Execute VM direction and maintain a strong brand identity through impactful and commercially driven displays.

Financial Performance

* Drive sales results through data‑led decision‑making, team coaching, and strategic planning.
* Monitor wage spend, productivity, and store profitability.

Communication & Collaboration

* Maintain clear communication with the Retail Operations Manager and HQ teams.
* Provide insights, feedback, and reporting to support wider business success.

Benefits & Culture

At CHARCOAL, you'll join a dynamic and supportive team passionate about delivering exceptional results while creating an empowering, positive in‑store culture.

You'll receive:

* Ongoing learning, development, and pathways for internal progression.
* Generous product discounts, incentives, and a curated wardrobe allowance.
* A fun, energetic team environment with strong support from HQ.
* The opportunity to contribute ideas, initiatives, and store‑level improvements.

Role Details

* Full‑time, 38 hours per week
* Tuesday–Saturday roster
* Must have full Australian working rights

If this sounds like the challenge you've been looking for and you have relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you.
