We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Port Macquarie, delivering high-quality care to individuals affected by opioid addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for patients with opioid use disorder
* Collaborating with general practitioners, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
* Fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Demonstrated experience in substance use disorder treatment or mental health nursing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
