Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive mental health services, including case management and therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
* Offer empathetic support to young people dealing with severe and complex mental health issues.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or mental health nursing.
* Current full membership or registration with AHPRA or AASW.
* An understanding of relevant legislation such as the Mental Health Act.
* Demonstrated clinical practice experience in the mental health field, particularly with youth.
* Flexibility to travel between locations and work outside standard operating hours when required.
