Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administration Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including filing and archiving, assisting with daily confirmation and preparation for training schedules and appointments, and inputting learner information into the student management system.

This is a full-time position that offers ongoing training and professional development opportunities. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Filing and archiving
* Assisting with daily confirmation and preparation for training schedules and appointments
