About the Role
You’ll lead by example in delivering clinical excellence and creating a supportive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
In this role, you’ll:
* Provide personalised clinical care and monitor resident wellbeing
* Support and guide care staff throughout your shift
* Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
* Promote safety, dignity, and quality of life
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and your team
What You’ll Bring?
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in aged care (or a passion to grow in this area)
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Confident clinical documentation and AN-ACC knowledge
* A resident-first approach and genuine empathy
