BADT (Busselton Advanced Driver Training - Bunbury Advanced Driver Training) is continuing to grow and we have new opportunities for South West based trainers / assessors based in Busselton for Heavy Vehicle and Forklift Driver Trainer/Assessor's. Locally based training available but the focus will be on delivering Training/Assessing in regional locations as a mobile Trainer/Assessor. We are seeking an experienced truck driver with either an Unrestricted HR, HC or MC licence and who (preferably) holds a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
We currently deliver training in:
* HR, HC and MC class Drivers licences
* HV Pilot's licences and refresher courses.
* Verification of Competency in all the above areas.
What we're looking for:
Licencing & Qualifications:
* Open class HR, HC or MC driver's licence
* Dept. Of Transport Driving Instructors Licence (desirable). Assistance to obtain can be provided
* Dept. Of Transport Assessor Qualification (desirable). Assistance to obtain can be provided
* Forklift licence (desirable). Assistance to obtain can be provided
* WORKSAFE (LF) Forklift Assessors licence (desirable). Assistance to obtain can be provided
* HV Pilot licence (desirable). Assistance to obtain can be provided
* Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to obtain
* Available to work regionally for 2 weeks at a time (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work across various hours and locations
* Ability to work autonomously for extended periods (7-12 days at a time)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
