Warehouse and Logistics Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all general daily warehouse operations, coordinating and supervising a small warehouse team, controlling and managing stock on hand, working closely with the sales administrator regarding dispatch and stock on hand, loading and unloading trucks for receival and despatch of stock, implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse operations, and maintaining WHS standards and ensuring safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake and oversee all general daily warehouse operations.
* Coordinating and supervising a small warehouse team.
* Control and manage stock on hand including stocktakes/stock reconciliations.
* Working closely with the Sales Administrator regarding dispatch and SOH.
* Load and unload trucks for receival and despatch of stock.
* Implement process improvements to optimise warehouse operations.
* Maintain WHS standards and ensure safe work practices.
