Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Coordinate mail, couriers, and office supplies
- Provide admin support to managers and project teams
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and shared office areas
About You
- Experience in reception or office administration (construction experience helpful but not required)
- Friendly communicator with a polished, professional manner
- Reliable, well-organised, and attentive to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and day-to-day admin tools
- Based in Perth with full Australian working rights
