Responsibilities:
4. Deliver therapies in clinic, community and via telehealth
5. Conduct assessments and develop plans tailored to NDIS participants
6. Engage with clients individually or in small social groups
7. Proactively establish and manage a caseload by engaging in networking initiatives
8. Coordinate with clients, families, doctors, employers, and other allied health professionals to achieve cohesive outcomes aligned with client goals
9. Continuously advance professional development through ongoing learning opportunities
About You:
10. AHPRA Registration
11. 12 months minimum Occupational Therapist experience
12. Current driver's license and own vehicle
13. Australian Citizen or Permeant Resident
