Avanade is growing, and we seek passionate and driven technology professionals to join our Managed Services team delivering continuous value to our client's businesses.
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (D365 CE) engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the D365 CE platform and possess a technical background.
You will play a key role in supporting client solutions, providing evergreen services and delivering minor enhancements.
Technical skills:Your experience lies in Managed Services focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (D365 CE)You are experienced across a variety of technologies that may include; C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and ASP.NET to deliver top-notch CRM support.Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively, understanding their support requirements and providing guidance with incident response.Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve, user-centric CRM issues.You will also seek to continually improve our clients' environments though evergreen practices and platform evolution.
About YouYou will be an Australian Citizen (preferably with existing security clearance) - This is due to our client base and projectsYou have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organization.You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients.
You will bring D365 experience to the technical delivery of enterprise scale solutions into secure cloud environments.You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
