Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Energy Broker with a strong focus on account management to support and retain a portfolio of existing commercial and industrial clients. The role involves managing ongoing energy procurement needs, providing strategic advice, and ensuring clients continue to receive value from their energy contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support a portfolio of existing energy clients
* Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals
* Analyse energy usage and market trends to provide proactive advice
* Liaise with energy retailers to negotiate competitive contract terms
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and reporting
* Identify opportunities to optimise energy costs and reduce risk
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and company standards
Requirements:
* Experience in energy brokerage, energy retail, or account management (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the Australian energy market
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret energy data
* High attention to detail and proactive client service approach
