Therapeutic Care Specialist
The role of a Therapeutic Care Specialist is to provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 10-17 within a residential care program.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver therapeutic care, prioritizing the well-being and safety of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a focus on child and adolescent development.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with young people in a therapeutic setting, preferably in a residential care context.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups, including young people, families, and professionals.
