We're looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join a growing commercial team in Perth. This is your chance to work on major infrastructure projects, manage contracts end-to-end, and play a key role in project success.

What You'll Do
* Negotiate contracts and finalise scopes, terms, and conditions.
* Manage budgets, costs, and commercial performance from tender to completion.
* Prepare variations, EOTs, and contractual notices.
* Support estimating and tendering processes.
* Maintain commercial registers and accurate cost forecasting.
* Handle payment claims, invoicing, and subcontractor assessments.
* Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
* 3–5 years' experience in civil construction contracts/commercial roles.
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts.
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
