About the role We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Tow Truck Operator to join our team in Meadowbrook. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and damage-free transport of vehicles and equipment, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to adhere to industry regulations and company policies, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety in every aspect of your work. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing a variety of duties with adaptability and efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by working with our heavy fleet. Continuous learning and training are key components of this role, ensuring that you remain at the top of your game. About you To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills and experience that align with our values and requirements. Possession of an HR / HC Licence is preferred. MSIC and forklift licences are advantageous but not mandatory. A desire for a long-term career with room for growth. Experience in truck driving or heavy fleet operations. Familiarity with Meadowbrook and surrounding areas is a plus. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Flexibility for after-hours and interstate work. A strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Your dedication to excellence and ability to work collaboratively will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.
