We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing digital team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to accelerate their career in eCommerce by working with industry leaders in a fast-paced, innovative, and fashion-forward environment. 
As an eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our online store delivers a seamless, engaging, and elevated customer experience. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and digital initiatives that drive growth. 
What You’ll Do 
Own the product enrichment process, ensuring all product data, imagery, and copy are accurate and aligned to brand guidelines. 
Manage categories, merchandising, and onsite navigation to optimise the customer journey. 
Upload and manage products in line with delivery schedules and campaign launches. 
Partner with Marketing and Trade teams to align categories with promotional strategies and search trends. 
Monitor stock levels and product performance, optimising content to drive conversion. 
Promotions & Campaigns 
Set up, test, and launch promotions and offers in line with trade calendars. 
Support onsite content updates including homepage, landing pages, and editorial. 
Assist with engaging email and SMS campaigns, from briefing through to deployment and reporting. 
Collaborate with the CRM team to optimise automated flows and enhance customer engagement. 
Performance & Reporting 
Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights across email, website, and promotions. 
Maintain and optimise onsite search for relevancy and customer intent. 
Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) for new developments and platform updates. 
Partner with Customer Care to ensure help centre content is accurate and up to date. 
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product launches and customer experiences. 
What You’ll Bring 
- 1+ years’ experience in an eCommerce role or a relevant tertiary qualification. 
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus highly regarded). 
- Familiarity with PIM systems (AP21 experience a bonus). 
- Knowledge of onsite merchandising tools such as SearchSpring. 
- Solid understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar). 
- Beginner–intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. 
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 beneficial). 
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. 
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude. 
- A genuine passion for digital retail, customer experience, and fashion.
