Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Director to lead and scale our growth efforts across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for driving the full marketing funnel – from acquisition to retention to revenue – using a mix of paid and organic strategies. You’ll be managing significant budgets, shaping campaigns, and building a team around you to drive performance across a fast-growing portfolio of mobile games.
We have an exciting portfolio of new games launching soon, a budget of $100m+ for UA spend and are scaling both the business and our portfolio over the next year. Now really is an exciting time to join us and help lead the Marketing function for APAC.
This would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is hands-on with performance marketing, and knows how to build and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the growth strategy across APAC – managing both paid and organic user acquisition
* Own multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets and deliver on KPIs like ROAS, LTV, and CPI
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad concepts, video assets, and playables
* Partner with product and monetisation to ensure alignment on player experience and growth targets
* Drive ASO, influencer campaigns, and community-led initiatives to support organic scale
* Build dashboards, lead A/B testing, and use data to continuously refine strategy
* Manage and develop a team of UA managers, analysts, and creatives
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Significant experience in user acquisition or growth marketing within mobile gaming or consumer tech
* Proven track record of scaling mobile games using both paid and organic strategies
* Strong understanding of LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and performance data
* Hands-on experience with MMPs (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust) and major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
* A natural leader – someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to their team
* Bonus points if you’re a gamer yourself
