The Role

We are seeking a Personal Banker to join our growing Port Augusta team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for advocating Beyond Bank's core values and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual performance targets that contribute to the overall branch performance.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide local customer-owned banking experiences to new and existing customers.
* Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills.
* Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers.
* Contribute to a high-achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic.
* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer.


What We're Looking For

* A caring and customer-focused person excited to learn and grow.
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Banking or Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.

Our Recruitment Process

The process can include a phone screen, video interview, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking.
