Café Supervisor
Espresso Bar
We're looking for an experienced, driven Café Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our espresso bar and set the standard for exceptional coffee, service, and team culture.

The Role
As Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the espresso bar runs smoothly, consistently, and profitably while delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Customer Experience & Product Excellence
* Ensure consistently high standards in coffee, food, and service
* Lead by example on the floor during peak periods
* Create a welcoming, energetic environment that builds regular customers
Team Leadership & Training
* Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellence at all times
* Build a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture
* Manage rosters, breaks, and shift performance
Sales Growth & Performance
* Drive daily sales through upselling, service quality, and efficiency
* Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue
* Maintain strong customer satisfaction and repeat visitation
Social Media & Community
* Create engaging social content (posts & stories) that reflects the brand
* Build genuine community engagement in-store and online
* Support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Operations & Standards
* Ensure smooth daily operations, stock control, and cleanliness
* Maintain systems, procedures, and compliance standards
* Work closely with management to continuously improve the offering
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a café supervisor or senior barista
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service
* Confident with social media and content creation
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Ability to inspire a team and lead under pressure

We are only open Thursday - Sunday currently, and will need to be available those days, role will start Part-Time (approx 30 hours), room to move to Full Time for right candidate

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
