What You'll Do:
* Provide in-home and community support tailored to individual needs
* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement
* Promote independence and inclusion
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and our team
What We're Looking For:
* 6+ Months experience in aged care, disability or mental health support
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* Current Police Check and Blue card (or willing to obtain)
* A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* A positive attitude and commitment to empowering others
* Willing to undergo NDIS work modules.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour
